Discussion Questions:
1)      What event sparks debate and a schism between Henry and Waldo?
2)      Where do each of them stand on the issue of slavery? What have each of them done to remedy it?
3)      What is your opinion of these characters? Do you believe that one of them has done right and one wrong?
4)      Do you think that it's ok to "talk the talk" but not "walk the walk?" Why can Thoreau follow his beliefs while Waldo cannot?

5)      What kinds of things prevent us from following our beliefs today?
